Older Male (possible terrier/schnauzer mix) in Terre Haute, Indiana

Found south of town close to Fowler Park. Older male dog - missing someone very badly - when car pulls up he gets very excited - then very sad when the person getting out is not who he is looking for:(
Salt & Pepper color, shakes a bit in the hind end, well behaved and housebroken! Tattoo in one ear. He was very matted and seemed to have a skin condition - however, we shaved him, bathed him, and cut his very long toenails and he is doing much better - even starting to run around and play a bit with our Corgi pup! Smaller dog - about 15-20 lbs. Cannot keep this poor old man and if nobody claims him or offers to give him a home I will have to put him down.
